Get on Board MCP: source LatAm tech talent from your AI app

Recruiters can search Get on Board's talent database, what Get on Board calls Latin America's largest tech talent pool, from their AI app and match candidates to open positions. ContextGate connects Get on Board's own MCP server to Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. Candidate profiles are personal data, so a policy can hide contact details, and every search is recorded.
