Connect Slack, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom and more to Claude, Cursor and ChatGPT, with every tool call checked and logged.
Email, chat and calendars are where AI apps can save the most time, and where one wrong tool call can send a message to the wrong person. ContextGate gives Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT and other MCP clients one connection to these apps, and checks every tool call against your policies before it runs.
Connect Gmail, Slack, Google Calendar and others once, from the app catalog in ContextGate or as a remote MCP server. A third-party integration provider holds the OAuth grants for catalog apps. Switch off the tools you do not want used, such as sending email or deleting messages. Switched-off tools are hidden from your AI apps and refused if called.
Governance checks run on tool arguments before the tool runs, on results before the AI app sees them, or both. Write a rule such as "block emails to addresses outside our domain" and choose whether it blocks, warns or logs. PII redaction replaces email addresses, phone numbers and other personal data in results with placeholders. If the AI app later sends a placeholder back, the tool gets the real value, so replies still reach the right person.
Every call shows up in Activity with the AI app, the user, the tool, the arguments, the redacted result and the policy outcome.
Create events, check RSVPs and manage the public calendars people subscribe to by asking your AI app. AddCal's own MCP server works inside your AddCal account, feeds and add-to-calendar links included. ContextGate connects it to Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, so publishing an event to your subscribers can raise a warning first.
AgentMail gives AI agents email inboxes of their own, and its MCP server lets your AI app send, receive, reply to, search and manage threaded email in them. ContextGate connects it to Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor; policies check each outgoing email for secrets or personal data, and Activity keeps every message your agent sent.
Akiflow's official MCP server lets your AI app work with your tasks, calendars, scheduling, time slots and meeting transcripts. Plan the week with Claude or find a free slot from Cursor. ContextGate connects it to those apps and ChatGPT, and a policy can hide personal details in meeting transcripts before they reach a chat.
Read, search, write and organize your aNotepad online notes from a conversation, using 22 tools on aNotepad's own MCP server. ContextGate connects it to Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor; if your notes should stay exactly as you wrote them, switch off the writing tools and keep search.
Run your hotels by asking: Apaleo's MCP server opens the Apaleo property management API, with reservations, folios, invoices, rates and availability, to your AI app. Check this weekend's availability or a guest's folio from Claude or ChatGPT. ContextGate connects it, a policy can hide guest details, and Activity records every call.
Draft a newsletter, check how last week's post did or find a subscriber by email without opening beehiiv. Its MCP server covers newsletters, posts, podcasts, community, subscribers and analytics. ContextGate connects the beehiiv MCP server to Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, and a workspace policy can hide subscribers' personal data in every call.
Upload images to BeeIMG from a link or a file, sort them into albums and folders and delete the ones you no longer need, all from a chat. BeeIMG Image Hosting's own MCP server connects without a sign-in. ContextGate links it to Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, and you can switch off deletion so a misread prompt can't remove your images.
Send and receive messages across email, SMS, WhatsApp and voice through Bird, from your AI app. Bird's own MCP server covers the channels you'd otherwise reach through the Bird API. ContextGate connects it to Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, and a policy can block a message carrying personal data or a secret before it goes out.
Access, manage, cancel, and track scheduled events, invitees, and user details in Calendly.
Search a Capacities space from your AI app and work with the objects and daily notes in it, through Capacities' own MCP server. ContextGate registers itself with Capacities when you sign in and puts the connection under your workspace policies, so personal data in a note can be hidden and each call to your space is recorded.

Any app in the app catalog in ContextGate (Slack and Gmail among them), plus any remote MCP server. Check the catalog in the app for a specific one.
PII redaction replaces personal data in tool results with placeholders before the AI app sees it. Governance checks can block or warn on calls based on their arguments or results. Every call is logged in Activity. ContextGate sees only the tool calls that go through it, not the AI app's chat.
Yes. Switch off the send tools: they are hidden from your AI apps and refused if called. Or keep them on and add a governance check that blocks or warns on the messages you care about.
Add a governance check scoped to the Slack tools, with a rule that names the channels to block. A model ContextGate manages judges each call against the rule before the tool runs.
Claude (web, desktop and Cowork), Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, ChatGPT in developer mode, Codex, Gemini CLI and any other client that supports remote MCP servers. You add ContextGate to the app as a remote MCP server and sign in.
Add ContextGate to the AI apps you already use, connect your apps once, and every tool call is checked and logged. Free. No card.
