Chili Piper MCP: scheduling and routing rules from an AI app

Chili Piper's experimental MCP server lets admins manage scheduling links, meetings, routing rules and teams from an AI app. ContextGate connects it to Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, so a change to which rep gets which meeting can be switched off or held for a warning, and every call is recorded.

Scheduling admin from Claude or ChatGPT

  • Create and manage Chili Piper scheduling links.
  • Look up and manage booked meetings.
  • Review and adjust the routing rules that send prospects to the right rep.
  • Manage the teams behind your scheduling.

Chili Piper describes this MCP server as experimental and for admins only.

Routing changes, held to account

  • Switch off the routing-rule and team tools; they're hidden and refused if called.
  • A policy can warn before a routing rule changes, or hide prospects' personal details in meeting data.
  • Activity records each Chili Piper call, so a routing change can be traced to the request behind it.
