Akiflow MCP: plan tasks and meetings from your AI app
Akiflow's official MCP server lets your AI app work with your tasks, calendars, scheduling, time slots and meeting transcripts. Plan the week with Claude or find a free slot from Cursor. ContextGate connects it to those apps and ChatGPT, and a policy can hide personal details in meeting transcripts before they reach a chat.

Bring your Akiflow schedule into Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor
- 1Click Connect Akiflow free and sign in with your Akiflow account.
- 2Every tool is on after connecting, and the full list appears then. Keep the ones that read your tasks and calendar, and switch off any that schedule or change things if you'd rather make each change in Akiflow yourself.
- 3Add ContextGate to your AI app as a connector or MCP server. The steps for each app are on the Works with page.
- 4Ask your AI app to find a free one-hour time slot in Akiflow tomorrow, then open Activity to see the call.
Planning work you can hand off
- Review and add tasks in Akiflow without leaving Claude or ChatGPT.
- Check your calendars and find open time slots.
- Schedule work into your day from a conversation.
- Pull up a meeting transcript and turn its action items into tasks.
Keeping your schedule yours
- Switch off scheduling tools and your AI app can read your plan without moving anything.
- A policy can hide personal data in meeting transcripts.
- Activity keeps a record of every Akiflow call.
What you get with Akiflow and ContextGate
- Your AI apps can use AkiflowClaude, Cursor, ChatGPT and other AI apps reach Akiflow through the one ContextGate connection you add to them.
- You choose which tools they can useSwitch off any Akiflow tool you don't want used. It's hidden from your AI apps and refused if called.
- Every call is checked and recordedYour policies check each call (for example, personal data is hidden and secrets are blocked), and Activity keeps a record of it.
ContextGate sees only the tool calls that go through it, not your AI app's built-in tools or your chats.
