Nimble CRM MCP: your relationship data in Claude and ChatGPT

ContextGate makes that connection through your Nimble sign-in. CRM records hold personal details, so your workspace policies can hide them, and Activity shows which records an AI app asked for.

How to add Nimble CRM to your AI app

  1. 1Click Connect Nimble CRM free and sign in with your Nimble account.
  2. 2Nimble's tool list shows up after you sign in, and every tool starts on. If some of them change CRM records and you only want your AI app reading, switch those off.
  3. 3Add ContextGate to your AI app as a connector or MCP server. The steps for each app are on the Works with page.
  4. 4Ask your AI app what Nimble has on a customer before a sales call, then open Activity to see the lookup.
