These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ContextGate website at contextgate.ai and the ContextGate platform, products, and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by ContextGate ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any data, configurations, or content you submit through the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ContextGate and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
