Concord MCP: privacy requests, data map and vendors in your AI app

Work with your Concord privacy and trust data from a chat: consent, privacy requests, your data map, risks and vendors. ContextGate connects Concord's MCP server to Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor without code against the Concord API; privacy requests carry personal data, so a policy can hide it, and Activity shows each time an AI app opened one.

Connect Concord to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor

  1. 1Click Connect Concord free and sign in with your Concord account.
  2. 2If your AI app should answer questions about the data map and vendors but not act on privacy requests, switch off the tools that change requests or consent; the rest can stay on.
  3. 3Add ContextGate to your AI app as a connector or MCP server. The steps for each app are on the Works with page.
  4. 4Ask your AI app which vendors in your Concord data map handle customer data, then open Activity to see the call.

Privacy and trust work from a chat

  • Check where open privacy requests stand.
  • Ask which systems and vendors hold a type of data, using your data map.
  • Review risks and vendors ahead of a security questionnaire.
  • Look up consent records.

Handle privacy data carefully

  • Switch off the tools that change privacy requests or consent; they're hidden and refused if called.
  • A policy can hide the personal data in privacy requests before it reaches an AI app.
  • Activity records every Concord call, so access to privacy data through AI apps can be reviewed.

What you get with Concord and ContextGate

  • Your AI apps can use ConcordClaude, Cursor, ChatGPT and other AI apps reach Concord through the one ContextGate connection you add to them.
  • You choose which tools they can useSwitch off any Concord tool you don't want used. It's hidden from your AI apps and refused if called.
  • Every call is checked and recordedYour policies check each call (for example, personal data is hidden and secrets are blocked), and Activity keeps a record of it.

ContextGate sees only the tool calls that go through it, not your AI app's built-in tools or your chats.

Concord tools

Concord's own MCP server shows its tools once you sign in. When you connect it, they are listed and synced in your workspace.
