Customer.io MCP: segments, messages and broadcasts in your AI app

Look into your Customer.io messaging from a chat: list segments and who's in them, pull delivery metrics for sent messages, review newsletters, snippets and transactional templates, and trigger a broadcast. ContextGate connects Customer.io to Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor through Customer.io's own MCP server or an API-key app connector, so a broadcast send can be switched off or held behind a policy.

  4. 4Ask your AI app to list the emails Customer.io delivered between two dates last week, then open Activity to see the call.
