GrowSurf MCP: run referral programs from your AI app

GrowSurf's MCP server lets an AI app build and manage referral and affiliate programs in GrowSurf, from setting a new one up to adjusting a program that's already running. With ContextGate between GrowSurf and Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, a change to a live program can be warned on or blocked by a policy, and each change is recorded.

Connect GrowSurf to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor

  1. 1Click Connect GrowSurf free and sign in with your GrowSurf account.
  2. 2Every tool is on once connected. Managing programs means changing them, so switch off any tool that edits a live referral or affiliate program your AI app shouldn't touch.
  3. 3Add ContextGate to your AI app as a connector or MCP server. The steps for each app are on the Works with page.
  4. 4Ask your AI app to build a new referral program in GrowSurf, then review in Activity what it set up.

Referral and affiliate programs, by chat

  • Build a new GrowSurf referral program from a description of what you want.
  • Set up an affiliate program alongside it.
  • Manage existing programs from Claude or ChatGPT.

Safeguards for live programs

  • Switch off the tools that change programs and keep the rest; your AI app won't see what's off.
  • Add a policy that warns before a program change goes through.
  • Activity shows every change made through ContextGate.

What you get with GrowSurf and ContextGate

  • Your AI apps can use GrowSurfClaude, Cursor, ChatGPT and other AI apps reach GrowSurf through the one ContextGate connection you add to them.
  • You choose which tools they can useSwitch off any GrowSurf tool you don't want used. It's hidden from your AI apps and refused if called.
  • Every call is checked and recordedYour policies check each call (for example, personal data is hidden and secrets are blocked), and Activity keeps a record of it.

ContextGate sees only the tool calls that go through it, not your AI app's built-in tools or your chats.
