Linklyhq MCP: create and track short links from your AI app
Create short links, check how many clicks they get and tidy up your URLs by asking your AI app: Linkly's MCP server works with the links in your Linkly account. ContextGate connects it to Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, so you can keep click tracking and link creation while switching off the tools that change a link already in a live campaign.

Connect Linkly to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor
- 1Click Connect Linklyhq free and sign in with your Linkly account.
- 2Every tool is on once connected; the list appears then. A changed link affects everyone who clicks it, so switch off the editing tools and keep creation and click tracking if that's all you need.
- 3Add ContextGate to your AI app as a connector or MCP server. The steps for each app are on the Works with page.
- 4Ask your AI app how many clicks your launch link got this week, then open Activity to see the Linkly call.
Link work you can hand to Claude or ChatGPT
- Create a short link for a URL while you write the post or email it goes in.
- Track clicks on your links and compare campaigns.
- Automate routine URL management, such as updating a batch of links.
Protect live links
- Switch off the tools that change or remove links; they're hidden and refused if called.
- A policy can warn or block before a link is changed.
- Activity records every link created or changed through your AI apps.
What you get with Linklyhq and ContextGate
