Jedi Collection Sort MCP: sort Shopify collections by chat

Jedi Collection Sort lets you run Shopify collection sorting by chat: pick sort strategies, assign them to collections and trigger a sort on demand. ContextGate connects its MCP server to Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, and you can switch off the on-demand sort if you'd rather re-sort your storefront yourself. Every assignment change is recorded.

Connect Jedi Collection Sort to your AI app

  1. 1Click Connect Jedi Collection Sort free and sign in with your Jedi Collection Sort account.
  2. 2Every tool is on after connecting, and the full list appears then. Changing a strategy or running a sort alters the product order shoppers see, so switch off those tools if you only want your AI app looking at strategies and assignments.
  3. 3Add ContextGate to your AI app as a connector or MCP server. The steps for each app are on the Works with page.
  4. 4Ask your AI app which sort strategy is assigned to your best-sellers collection, then open Activity to see the call.

Collection sorting from Claude or ChatGPT

  • Review the sort strategies you've set up in Jedi Collection Sort.
  • Assign a strategy to a Shopify collection by describing what you want.
  • Run an on-demand sort after a restock or a new product goes live.

Guard your storefront order

  • Switch off the on-demand sort and your AI app can't re-sort a collection.
  • Set a policy to warn before a strategy assignment changes.
  • Activity shows every sorting call, so you can match a change in product order to the chat behind it.
