Quickchat AI MCP: build and tune your support agent from chat

With Quickchat AI's MCP server, your AI app can build a customer support AI agent from your website, then dig into its conversations and performance to improve it. ContextGate connects it to Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, with policies that can hide customers' personal details from those conversations and a record of every call.

Support agent work you can do from Claude or ChatGPT

  • Build a customer support AI agent from your website's content.
  • Analyze how your agent is performing.
  • Dig into individual conversations to see where answers fell short.
  • Improve the agent based on what those conversations show.

Keep customer conversations in check

  • Switch off the tools that build or change agents and keep the analysis tools.
  • Customer conversations can contain names and emails; a policy can hide personal data before it reaches your AI app.
  • Activity records every Quickchat AI call your team makes.
