SuprSend MCP: notification data and workflows in your AI app

SuprSend sends notifications across email, SMS, Slack, push and in-app inbox, and its hosted MCP server gives Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor your users, lists, workflows, templates and notification data. Work out why a user missed an alert, or review a template, from your AI app. ContextGate connects it and lets a policy hide user contact details in each call.

Connect SuprSend to Cursor, Claude or ChatGPT

  1. 1Click Connect SuprSend free and sign in with your SuprSend account.
  2. 2All tools are on once you connect. Reading notification data helps with debugging; tools that change users, lists, workflows or templates affect what your customers receive, so switch them off if your AI app should only look.
  3. 3Add ContextGate to your AI app as a connector or MCP server. The steps for each app are on the Works with page.
  4. 4Ask your AI app why a given user didn't get last night's password-reset email in SuprSend, then open Activity to see the calls.

Notification work from your AI app

  • Look up a user and the notifications sent to them.
  • Review a workflow or template while you change the code that triggers it.
  • Manage the lists of users a notification goes to.
  • Check notification data when an alert didn't arrive.

Guarding what your customers receive

  • Switch off the tools that edit workflows or templates; they're hidden from your AI app and refused if called.
  • SuprSend user records can hold emails and phone numbers, and a policy can hide that personal data.
  • Activity records every lookup and change your AI apps make in SuprSend.

What you get with SuprSend and ContextGate

  • Your AI apps can use SuprSendClaude, Cursor, ChatGPT and other AI apps reach SuprSend through the one ContextGate connection you add to them.
  • You choose which tools they can useSwitch off any SuprSend tool you don't want used. It's hidden from your AI apps and refused if called.
  • Every call is checked and recordedYour policies check each call (for example, personal data is hidden and secrets are blocked), and Activity keeps a record of it.

ContextGate sees only the tool calls that go through it, not your AI app's built-in tools or your chats.
