SimplyPrint MCP: monitor and queue 3D prints from your AI app

Check on a print, add a job to the queue or control a running print by asking your AI app. SimplyPrint's own MCP server works on your SimplyPrint account, the cloud platform makers, schools and print farms use to run their 3D printers. ContextGate connects it to Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, and any print-control tool you'd rather keep manual can be switched off.

Connect SimplyPrint to your AI app

  1. 1Click Connect SimplyPrint free and sign in with your SimplyPrint account.
  2. 2Every tool is on once you connect, and the full list appears then. Watching prints is harmless, but print-control tools act on real hardware: switch those off if you'd rather run the printers yourself and let your AI app monitor and queue.
  3. 3Add ContextGate to your AI app as a connector or MCP server. The steps for each app are on the Works with page.
  4. 4Ask your AI app which of your printers are printing right now, then open Activity to see the call.
