beycome MCP: estimates, comps and offers in your AI app

Set up beycome for your home sale

1. 1Click Connect beycome free. There's no sign-in, so its tools are ready at once.
2. 2`beycome_reply_message` sends a real message and email to a buyer, and `beycome_signup` creates an account. Switch those off if you want to handle them yourself, and keep the estimate, comps and listing tools.
3. 3Add ContextGate to your AI app as a connector or MCP server. The steps for each app are on the Works with page.
4. 4Give your AI app your address and ask what the house might sell for and rent for, then open Activity to see the `beycome_estimate` and `beycome_rental_estimate` calls.

Selling with beycome

• Get a sale estimate with `beycome_estimate` and a monthly rent estimate with `beycome_rental_estimate`.
• Pull sold comparable listings near you with `beycome_comps`, filtered by price, beds or baths.
• Check whether beycome's MLS covers your state with `beycome_check_coverage` before you list.
• Once you're live, review offers with `beycome_offers` and your calendar with `beycome_showings`.

Before a message goes to a buyer

• Switch off `beycome_reply_message` and your AI app can read buyer messages but not answer them.
• A policy can warn or block before any reply goes out.
• Activity records every beycome call, from estimates to replies.

What you get with beycome and ContextGate

• Your AI apps can use beycomeClaude, Cursor, ChatGPT and other AI apps reach beycome through the one ContextGate connection you add to them.
• You choose which tools they can useSwitch off any beycome tool you don't want used. It's hidden from your AI apps and refused if called.
