Zeroheight MCP: your design system, inside your AI app

Let your AI app read your zeroheight styleguide while it writes UI code, so its components follow your design system instead of guesses. Zeroheight's MCP server connects AI assistants to zeroheight styleguides. ContextGate connects it to Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, and Activity records every call, which helps on plans with a monthly call limit.

How to connect zeroheight to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor

  1. 1Click Connect Zeroheight free and sign in with your zeroheight account.
  2. 2Every tool is on after you sign in, and the list appears then. On Free and Starter plans zeroheight limits MCP to 500 calls a month, so switch off tools your team won't use and your AI app won't spend calls on them.
  3. 3Add ContextGate to your AI app as a connector or MCP server. The steps for each app are on the Works with page.
  4. 4Ask Cursor what your zeroheight styleguide says about button variants before it builds one, then open Activity to see the call.

Design system answers in Cursor or Claude

  • Look up guidance from your zeroheight styleguide while building a component.
  • Check your AI app's UI code against what the styleguide says.
  • Search your styleguide, on an Enterprise plan with zeroheight's AI features.

zeroheight says its MCP server is on all plans; Free and Starter are limited to 500 calls a month, and search needs an Enterprise plan with AI features.

Calls you can count

  • Activity records each zeroheight call made through ContextGate, so you can see how your team uses its monthly calls.
  • Switch off unused tools; they're hidden from your AI apps and refused if called.

What you get with Zeroheight and ContextGate

  • Your AI apps can use ZeroheightClaude, Cursor, ChatGPT and other AI apps reach Zeroheight through the one ContextGate connection you add to them.
  • You choose which tools they can useSwitch off any Zeroheight tool you don't want used. It's hidden from your AI apps and refused if called.
  • Every call is checked and recordedYour policies check each call (for example, personal data is hidden and secrets are blocked), and Activity keeps a record of it.

ContextGate sees only the tool calls that go through it, not your AI app's built-in tools or your chats.

Zeroheight tools

Zeroheight's own MCP server shows its tools once you sign in. When you connect it, they are listed and synced in your workspace.
