BudgetPixel MCP: generate images, video and music from your AI app
Make AI images, video, music and sound effects from a chat, then upscale the results, with BudgetPixel's MCP server. ContextGate connects BudgetPixel to Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, so each generation request lands in Activity and any BudgetPixel tool your team shouldn't use can be switched off.

Bring BudgetPixel into Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor
- 1Click Connect BudgetPixel free and sign in with your BudgetPixel account.
- 2All of BudgetPixel's tools are on once you connect, and the list appears then. If it has separate tools for video, music or sound effects and you only want images, switch those off so nobody's AI app reaches for them.
- 3Add ContextGate to your AI app as a connector or MCP server. The steps for each app are on the Works with page.
- 4Ask your AI app for a short sound effect of a door closing through BudgetPixel, then open Activity to see the request.
Media you can generate from a chat
- Generate an image for a slide or a post without leaving Claude or ChatGPT.
- Make a short video clip or a piece of music from a written prompt.
- Create sound effects for a game, a video or an app.
- Upscale an image or clip you've already made.
Keep BudgetPixel generation in check
- Switch off the BudgetPixel tools your team doesn't need; they disappear from AI apps and are refused if called.
- Policies check each request, so a customer's name or email in a prompt can be hidden before it reaches BudgetPixel.
- Activity keeps a record of every generation request your team sends to BudgetPixel.
What you get with BudgetPixel and ContextGate
- Your AI apps can use BudgetPixelClaude, Cursor, ChatGPT and other AI apps reach BudgetPixel through the one ContextGate connection you add to them.
- You choose which tools they can useSwitch off any BudgetPixel tool you don't want used. It's hidden from your AI apps and refused if called.
- Every call is checked and recordedYour policies check each call (for example, personal data is hidden and secrets are blocked), and Activity keeps a record of it.
ContextGate sees only the tool calls that go through it, not your AI app's built-in tools or your chats.
