Qase Test Management MCP: test cases and runs from your AI app
Qase's official MCP server lets your AI app manage test cases, test runs, suites and defects in Qase Test Management. ContextGate connects it to Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor; you choose which tools stay on, so an AI app can report on testing without editing cases or logging defects unless you let it, and each call is recorded.

Hook Qase up to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor
- 1Click Connect Qase Test Management free and sign in with your Qase account.
- 2Once you're connected, all of Qase's tools are on and listed. If your AI app should report on testing rather than change it, switch off the tools that create or edit test cases, suites, runs or defects.
- 3Add ContextGate to your AI app as a connector or MCP server. The steps for each app are on the Works with page.
- 4Ask your AI app which tests failed in your latest Qase run, then open Activity to see the call.
Testing work you can do from Claude, Cursor or Claude Code
- Write new test cases in Qase from a feature spec you're discussing with your AI app.
- Organize test cases into suites without switching to Qase.
- Check the status of test runs and see which tests failed.
- Log a defect from Cursor while the failing code is open in front of you.
Keep Qase changes in view
- Switch off the tools that change cases, runs or defects; they're hidden from your AI app and refused if called.
- Policies check every call, so a secret pasted into a test case or defect can be blocked before it's saved in Qase.
- Activity records every Qase call your team's AI apps make.
What you get with Qase Test Management and ContextGate
- Your AI apps can use Qase Test ManagementClaude, Cursor, ChatGPT and other AI apps reach Qase Test Management through the one ContextGate connection you add to them.
