MSG91 work from Claude or ChatGPT

• Send one or many SMS messages from a chat.
• List Segmento campaigns and check events that failed validation after a campaign ran.
• Record user events in Segmento and list the event types already tracked.
• Use MSG91's own server to find the right MSG91 API for SMS, OTP, WhatsApp, email or voice.

Keep MSG91 sends deliberate

• Switch off SMS sending, and a send request from any AI app is refused.
• Phone numbers are personal data, and a policy can hide them or warn before a send goes through.
• Activity keeps a record of every MSG91 call, including each SMS sent.
