Nutrient MCP: extract, convert, sign and redact documents
Nutrient hosts document tools for agents: extract fields, parse to Markdown, classify, convert, OCR, sign and redact. Through ContextGate, Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor reach Nutrient's own MCP server with a Nutrient sign-in and no API key, and you can switch off the signing tools if your AI app should handle documents without putting a signature on anything.

- 4Ask your AI app to pull the invoice number and total out of a PDF with Nutrient, then see the call in Activity.
